Today we talked about being a bucket filler. A bucket filler does kind deeds for others, without being asked. In groups we brainstormed some ways to be bucket fillers, and not bucket dippers. We all agree to be bucket fillers!
We have had another great day of getting to know each other in Grade 3/4!
Today we started our Science unit on Rocks, Minerals and Soil. We started by sharing what we think we know about this topic. As we learn about rocks, minerals and soil, we will check back to see if these initial thoughts were correct or not.
Hello Grade 3/4 Families!
I hope that you have had a wonderful summer and are ready for another great year of learning at S.P.S. I know that I am excited for this fresh start that September brings with it.
The “Regier Report, our class blog, will be a useful tool for you all year long. This is the place where you will find out about what is going on in our classroom this year. The blog will be updated frequently so that you can see what we are learning about. Please subscribe to our blog so that you are notified when new items are posted. Eventually, each student will also have his/her own blog to share his/her own experiences and ideas on.
If you need to contact me, you can reach me by calling the school (519-527-070) or emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Here’s to an exciting year ahead!!
